AP – BUFFALO, NY (October 6, 2019) –
MADE IN AMERICA 2019 came alive at the Indiana Convention Center on October 3rd-6th, 2019. This was an American-made celebration and the start of a Made in the USA Movement. There were hundreds of manufacturers from across the country showcasing high-quality U.S. made machines and products, including Buffalo’s very own Nickel City Ketchup.
This trade show event included an audience of celebrities, consumers, businesses, media, and government. We will all come together to empower American-made.
Entrepreneur Don Buckner’s patriotic plan began in 1998, when he attempted to find several American-made products online, but was unable to do so. Frustrated, he took matters into his own hands, purchasing the Domain www.MadeintheUSA.com.
From Don’s plan, Mark Andol and Rob Whalen from the Made In America Store were eager to find a true American ketchup and a variety of tomato products that were not just Made in America, but also American Grown and American-Owned. It was a natural for The Made in America Store and Nickel City Ketchup to join this movement and be a part of the inaugural event.
It’s a refreshing American success story, in a time when some large companies look for a quick buck or to make a quick return in the stock market. Nickel City Ketchup is truly “All-American” as it is American owned, grown and made, and created to represent the pride and passion of Western New York.
