Fox News Celebrated Small Business Saturday with American-made gifts

Fox News featured more American manufacturers this past Saturday on “Small Business Saturday”. Among those featured were Sword & Plough, Channellock, and Mag Instrument, all companies that have not felt the impact of the supply chain crisis because all their products are Made In America.

Sword & Plough are a veteran-owned company that makes one-of-a-kind Made in USA bags and accessories out of repurposed military surplus and durable military-grade materials. Each purchase helps empower veteran employment, reduce waste. Sword & Plough also donates 10% of its profits to impact veteran initiatives.

Channellock, Inc. started making high-quality hand tools back in 1886. 133 years later, they have over 350 dedicated associates who manufacture more than 75 different sizes and types of pliers in Meadville, PA, USA. Paying attention to every detail so they can provide pliers that don’t just finish the job, but defeat the job—plain and simple.

Mr. Maglica began Mag Instrument by manufacturing precision parts for industry, aerospace, and the military. He quickly earned a reputation for quality, efficiency, and ingenuity. Mag Instrument was eventually incorporated in 1974. As his company grew, Mr. Maglica set his sights on designing and manufacturing a new and improved flashlight. That flashlight is what we all know now as the Mag Lite.
